Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a sequel that fails to live up to the excitement and charm of its original. The collection of games, which includes Quiplash XL Schmitty, Earwax, Bomb Corp., Fibbage 2, and Bidiots, feels derivative at best, stale most of the time, and simply baffling for the rest.

Quiplash XL Schmitty is one of the most disappointing games in the pack. The game's concept, a head-to-head Mad Libs where players vote on who best fills in a blank, never rises above its idea. The game relies too heavily on scatological humor, which may appeal to some but will likely leave others feeling uncomfortable.

The other games in the pack are equally unimpressive. Earwax is a fart joke-filled experience that asks players to choose from sound effects to answer questions. It's a low-brow attempt at humor that fails to deliver. Bomb Corp. is a cooperative logic-based puzzler that feels out of place among the fast-paced, frat-party mentality of the other games.

Fibbage 2, a direct sequel to the original Fibbage, messes with perfection by providing everyone with a single 'deFIBrillator' that narrows things down to a binary choice. It's a disappointing take on a game that was already perfect in its own right.
